Traveling within ticket zone A? Then you can pick and choose your way of getting around. All you need is an active period ticket (7-, 30-, or 180-day ticket) in the AtB app.
Ticket zone A
Zone A includes the municipalities of Trondheim, Malvik, Stjørdal, Melhus, Skaun, and Orkland. You can travel freely throughout the zone — for example, taking the train from Vikhammer, a bike ride around Bakklandet on a city bike, and the tram up to Kyvannet, all on the same ticket.

City bike included
With a periodic ticket, you get free use of a city bike for up to 30 minutes per trip. You'll find the bikes near stops and hubs. Good for you, good for the environment!
Two hours of car sharing included
Need to transport something big, or a lot of small things? Your periodic ticket includes two hours of car sharing every month. Perfect if you only need a car now and then.
Your ticket also works on regional trains
All zone A tickets are valid on regional trains within the zone. You can travel between Hovin in the south and Skatval in the north.

Are you a student, child, or senior/disability fare category? Then night bus and night tram are also included in your periodic ticket. Applies from the 7-day ticket and longer periods.
