When can you get your ticket refunded
You will no longer travel with us
- For example, if you move, are on sick leave, or change your travel pattern. This must be documented in the application.
Proven error by the telecom operator, in the AtB app, AtB Mobillett, or with the travel card t:card
- We refund in case of proven errors if the error leads to you being charged for more tickets than attempted purchased.
Purchase of wrong travel distance or passenger category
- We can refund the wrongly purchased ticket when buying a new correct ticket. The refund will be calculated from when you buy a new ticket.
Value (travel money) from the previous ticket system
- Remaining value (travel money) in t:card previously used on the bus can be refunded to a bank account.
Balance from AtB Mobillett account
- Remaining balance on AtB Mobillett account can be refunded to a bank account.
Note the following:
- The actual refund amount is calculated from the day we receive a request for a refund from you.
- In case of wrong purchase, the amount will be calculated from when you buy a new correct ticket.
- The refunded ticket becomes invalid/canceled and will not be usable.
- Payments are mainly refunded directly back to the payment method used for purchase. Alternatively, the payment can occur to a bank account.
- We do not refund cash
