Cancel a single ticket purchase directly in the AtB app.
Terms and conditions for cancelling a purchase in the AtB app
You can cancel up to three single ticket purchases per month in the AtB app as long as the conditions are met. If your ticket does not meet the conditions, you must apply for a refund via chat, contact form, or at the AtB customer service center at Prinsens gate 39 in Trondheim.
Conditions:
- Only applies to single tickets
- The ticket must not have started or been activated
How to cancel a purchase in the AtB app
If your single ticket meets the conditions for a refund, you can cancel the purchase yourself and have the amount refunded to the payment method you used when purchasing the ticket.
This is how to do it:

Go to My tickets.

Tap Show details for the ticket you wish to refund.

Select Cancel purchase and confirm.




No right of withdrawal for passenger transport
Tickets for passenger transport services, for example buses and trains, are exempt from the right to cancel under the Cancellation Act, section 20. We offer refunds for tickets that have not been activated or used. This is a standard refund policy and should not be confused with the statutory right of cancellation.
