We are closing the Mobillett app – what to do
It's time to switch to the gray AtB app. Learn more about the discontinuation of the green AtB Mobillett app.
Soon, you'll no longer be able to purchase tickets with the AtB Mobillett app! If you use the AtB Mobillett app, note these dates:
April 3rd:It is no longer possible to buy periodic tickets or add funds to your Mobillett account in the AtB Mobillett app.- April 30th: Last chance to buy single tickets in the AtB Mobillett app.
- May 1st: The app will no longer function for ticket purchases.
NOTE! Two exceptions: Youth tickets and HjemJobbHjem tickets remain available in the AtB Mobillett app after May 1st. We'll notify well before they move to the AtB app.
Use up your AtB Mobillett account
Use up your AtB Mobillett account balance before buying tickets in the new app since the balance can't be transferred.
If you have a remaining balance you can't use, submit information and documentation to us through a digital form for a refund to your bank account.

We will then refund the remaining value from your AtB Mobillett account to your bank account. We do not refund gift cards to a bank account.
Purchasing for others replaces account top-up
We know that many like to use the Mobillett account when someone lacks their own means of payment.
Therefore, we are very pleased that the Buy for others function is available in the AtB app.
