Blind or sight impaired

There are text-to-speech solutions for announcement of the next departures at several bus stops in Trondheim.

On all buses, with the exception of school routes and local routes in the 500 series in region, the next stop is announced over the speaker as well as displayed on a screen. On a boat, the boat is displayed in a map and the next stop is announced over the speaker.

Buses, trams and boats are designed with good contrasts for people with reduced vision.
