  • If you are curious about trying out what it is like to cycle to and from work by e-bike, you have the opportunity to do so through HjemJobbHjem. With an e-bike, uphill climbs are as easy as flat stretches.

    Your workplace will have free use of e-bikes from HjemJobbHjem for a number of weeks so that as many people as possible can try cycling to and from work for a few days. Maybe an e-bike or two at the workplace would be a great way to get around meetings? We encourage you to give it a try!

  • Has your bike got a flat tire or the brakes have gone slack? Don't you ever have time to fix it? Brush the dust off your bike and take it to our partner for a check-up and adjustment. Alternatively, we can arrange a bike service at the office. We'll fix it while you're at work! All employees have the opportunity to have a bike service twice a year. Changing tires can be included in the service.

  • Did you know that people who use public transport take 30% more steps per day than those who drive? Curious about the health benefits of having an active commute?

    In collaboration with Avantas Aktiv, employees are encouraged to use their daily travel to gain valuable health benefits.

  • Have you tried cycling with studded tires? It may sound daring to cycle on slippery surfaces, but with studded tires, the bike is nailed to the surface. We are making it possible for as many people as possible to test winter cycling. In addition, we offer free tire changes, and studded tires at half price when purchased from one of our service partners.

  • Have you discovered that an electric bike is right up your alley? Through HjemJobbHjem you have the opportunity to take advantage of great discounts on the purchase and leasing of an electric bike.

  • If your company has a digital screen in a shared space, you can set up a customised real-time display that shows public transport departures and alerts in case of delays or unexpected changes. A bike sharing service with approximately 750 bikes and 69 stations distributed around Trondheim. Most people use the service as a supplement to their own bike and public transport, or just as a fun way to experience the city.

  • How many people actually travel to work by public transport at your workplace, and how many would like to try? Do employees feel that they have good enough cycling facilities at work to be able to leave their car at home?

    All employees at a HjemJobbHjem company respond to an annual travel habits survey. The survey is sent out at start-up and the results are used to prepare an activity plan for the company. A year later, the survey is sent out again so that we can follow the company's development.
