  Bus Trondheim area

  Travelers can not use the front door. The front doors and the area around the drivers are closed due to the infection situation in Trondheim and demands from the operators.

  Region bus and tram

  Boarding in front only if you use t:card value/autoreise, to start a new periodic ticket, or to pay with credit card on regional lines. No cash payment. School lines do not open the front door.

• How do I pay on passenger boat and ferry?

  To reduce the risk of infection, restrictions have been introduced for ticketing, and there is no cash ticketing on board.

  You can buy your ticket with the app AtB Mobillett, t:card, bank card or buy ferry card. On route 870 Brekstad - Valset and route 880 Flakk - Rørvik, use AutoPASS.

• I don't have a smart phone, how do I buy a ticket?

  You can use SMS-ticket, or use a t:card if you validate it on a metro station. There is no ticketing on board. You can also buy a ticket on ticket machines or retailers, but we recommend that you use our self service ticketing systems.

  From Monday 21st of September you can board via the front door if you have t:card value/autoreise to start a new periodic ticket.
